One of Linda’s accomplishments was selling the Dillon Beach Resort to Fred and Nancy Cline of Cline Cellars.  The Cline’s purchased the Resort back in 2001.  The sale included a business, real estate and issues concerning ownership of a parking lot next to the ocean.  The sale did take a few months to accomplish but it got done and the Cline’s have been running the Resort since.
